What is culture? What does ethnology do? How can you explore the area around you? Invited ethnographers answered these and other questions. On October 24th – 25th, the oldest students took part in the ethnographic workshop "Our place. Local history, memory and heritage. "Under the guidance of ethnographers, they independently discovered the heritage, traditions and history of their immediate area - they created maps with interesting places related to our Little Homeland. Interest in local heritage allowed students to see value in it, to find that what is near can be as fascinating as what is far away, and also strengthen the sense of bond with the place of residence.
