The second LTT activity of the Erasmus+ 2018-1-ES01-KA229-050423 project “A nod to our heritage” is going to be held in Janowiec Kościelny (Poland) from 14th to 21st of May, 2019. Eight days in total – two days for the trip and six days for activities. There will be 8 students and 3 teachers from Basque Country, 6 students and 3 teachers from Greece, 7 students and 2 teachers from Portugal, as well as students and teachers from Poland.

PROGRAM:

1st day (Tuesday, 14th May)

• Transportation from the airport

• Arrangement in families for students and in the hotel rooms for teachers

 

2nd day (Wednesday, 15th May)

8:20  - Arrival to school

8:30 – 9:30  - Welcoming programme at school

9:30 – 10:30 – Welcoming at the local community mayor

10:30 – 11:30 – Attending classes

11:30 – 15:00 – Visiting Nidzica, Medieval Castle, Local Museum

3rd day (Thursday, 16th May)

7:00 - Arrival to school

7:15 – 22:00 – All day trip to Gdańsk, Museum of The Second World War, trip on the pirate ship in The Baltic Sea, Visiting Old Town in Gdańsk, Light meal for teachers and students

4th day ( Friday, 17th May)

8:20  - Arrival to school

8:20 – 9:05  - Attending classes

9:30 – 13:30 - Meeting with the local historian, trip to the Łyna Sources and places connected to the local history

14:30 - Arrival to school

5th day ( Saturday, 18th May)

Family day

6th day ( Sunday, 19th May)

12:00 – Arrival to The Pottery Village

12:30 – 14:30 – Workshops at the Pottery Village , sculpting in clay, glass painting, handicraft workshops

14:30 – 15:30 – Lunch

16:00 – 19:00 – Saint John afternoon - dances, songs and local traditions

8:20  - Arrival to school

8:30 – 13:00 – Trip to open-air  museum in Olsztynek – workshops

14:00 – 16:00 – Farewell party
