The first day (13/02/2019) included a pottery workshop. The students, under the guidance of their teachers, built and decorated clay objects that would be used as gifts - grave goods during a visit to a Mycenaean tomb that was scheduled for the next day. The tributes to dead graves are an ancient custom that survives up today, it is found in all European people and shows individuals' belief that there is life after death. The gifts that accompany the dead in the life after death are according to their age, gender and status, weapons for warriors, toys for children, jewels for women. Christianity has accepted and incorporated this custom into Christian habits.
